Situation

For any confirmation of reservation, the hotel requests 30% deposit of the amount of the stay by check, Credit Card or bank transfer, as well as a written confirmation by post, fax or e-mail.

The payment of the balance of the stay is made directly at the establishment on the day of departure in CB or cash (cheques accepted only when paying the deposit).

In case of no show after 6:00 p.m. and if the reservation has not been confirmed by payment of a deposit or by credit card, the room will not be held.

Promotions are not cumulative, remain subject to availability and subject to change without notice.

Arrival time: from 3 p.m., it is recommended to notify your estimated arrival time, especially if it late arrival is probable.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation: in all cases, administration fees of 15 €.

Cancellation occurring more than 21 days before arrival: 50% of the amount of the deposit will be kept.

Cancellation occurring within 21 days or No-Show: all of the deposit will be kept.

Shortened stay: in the event of early departure, the amount of the initial stay will be invoiced in full, as compensation, without any other form.

Studiotels rented without hotel services, must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when the keys are handed over, in the event of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of € 50 will be applied on the day of departure.

All prices are in Euros, VAT and services included.

Free private parking is available on site (without prior reservation).

Closed bicycle garage

Our relaxation area "Sauna and SPA": privately accessible by reservation for one hour at a rate of € 10 for the 1st hour / then € 8 / on successive days.

Disposable bathrobes and flip flops provided.

The hotel is 7 km from the Col de la Schlucht, 10 km from Bresse Hohneck, 13 km from Bresse Lispach and 14 km from Gérardmer.

You cannot buy your ski passes at the hotel, you will have to go to the cash desks of each ski resort where you are.

You will find at the hotel the rental of skis, alpines and bottoms, for young and old, with shoes, ski batons, snowshoes, sledges and helmets.

THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE  CLEANED AND SNOW REMOVED BY 5 PM.

Pets are accepted at the rate of 11 € per night or 40 € per week.
